Receive
Your inventory arrives at our Port of Houston studio. We count, scan, and flag any damage the same business day it arrives (containers are unloaded within 1 business day).
Inspect
Every unit checked against Amazon's current prep requirements. Damaged units, damaged cartons, and non-compliant packaging get flagged before they become Amazon violations.

Ship to Amazon
Your shipment plan is in place (yours, or created by us for a fee). Cartons labeled and picked up by Amazon Partnered Carrier. You get tracking numbers before trucks leave our warehouse.

Every rate on this page matches what goes on your invoice. Volume discounts apply automatically — no negotiation required.
FBA prep tiers are based on your total units for the month. Tell us your monthly forecast and orders are priced at that tier. At month-end we compare it with your actual total: if it lands in a more expensive tier, the difference is billed automatically; if in a cheaper tier, the difference is credited to your next invoice. No setup fee. Receiving + putaway tier is based on whichever is greater: actual weight or dimensional weight (L×W×H÷139). Carton size is selected automatically based on your order — you don't choose a size. Poly bagging, bubble wrap, bundling, and Amazon shipment plan creation are not included in the per-unit price — they are priced separately in the add-ons above (shipment plan: $10 per shipment, free if you provide your own plan).
