Hand-thrown pottery, hand-loomed textiles, hand-carved wood — no two are identical. We photograph and tag each unit on receipt so the customer can see the exact piece they're getting (optional D2C feature).

Bubble wrap, corrugated inserts, double-boxing on ceramics. Damage rate on hand-thrown goods is real — our pack spec is built for it. Carrier claims filed on your behalf when transit damage happens.
Story-driven inserts matter
Customers paid a premium for the maker's story. Origin cards, maker bios, care instructions — we insert them per order, tied to the SKU. Branded tissue and ribbon if your brand calls for it.
Climate sensitivity
Wood crafts crack in dry air, certain clay finishes haze in humidity. Storage for especially sensitive pieces is quoted individually (we have no separate climate-controlled section), and on request we avoid Houston summer extremes during outbound transit (insulated packaging available).
